You could try going to or calling your local REI Club and see if they know of one. They may have one who is a member.

maybe your agent knows an attorney that specializes in RE. I've interviewed an investor-friendly agent before who said he can refer me to attorneys that specialize in RE, but it's in Ventura county though. I can pm you the name of the agent if you want, maybe you can ask him. Good luck with your short sale, let us know how it works out.
