thanks! my partner and i are doing pretty well but every time we get to the earnest money our deals all stall and fall thru. We don't have money to pay for earnest cash and our agent keeps asking for way to much. donna what to do help1!!!

Earnest Money

Your Earnest money shold come from the buyer. If you dealing with a agent you need to add a contingent on ur contract for 21 days and if u can not wholesale it b4 then that deal don't fall through. To avoid having deals fall through make sure u hav a good possibility of being able to flip the deal. You don't want a reputation for not being able to follow through on deal. Wit that I remain!

Earnest Cash

Another way to avoid having earnest money is to have a list of cash buyer and you can find them by going to your local court house Auction and look who is biding on property in foreclosure an have your business cards handy and let them know that you get deeply discounted properties and their information so when you get them you can shot them a email or a call.
