OfflineSome of you may or may not know this, but Zillow.com is now showing something they call pre-foreclosures. I thought it might be a good idea to send post-cards to these property owners, since they represent a fairly good targeted market. Does anyone have any thoughts on this or any suggestions as to what the post-cards should state?

There are some really good business card scripts in Profit From Real Estate Right Now (I hope you were able to take advantage of the free pdf format of this book, because it's a great reference tool.). I would imagine that you can take those and transfer those to post cards and even some of the scripts from the ghost ads would work too. Let us know what you decided on and your progress.

That's a potentially great way to find properties. Just 1 suggestion. Make sure that your cards are aesthetically pleasing, and that you don’t overload them with information. Remember the purpose of sending them out is to get the sellers to contact you. So keep it short and precise. In addition to help reduce costs; make sure to only send post cards to the properties that match what your buyers are looking for.
Can someone tell me where I can find an example of this form?
