with no money how can get to fsbo

i am trying to be a wholesale how can i get there with no money i just started i learning so any advise would be helpful

Are the best way to go. Don't try to wholesale properties on the MLS such as Short Sales and Foreclosures. Find an ugly house and ask the owner if they want to sell. A lot of properties that are sold, the owners didn't know they were going to sell until someone asked them.
