Hi everyone, my name is Bryant McEntire ... I am real estate investor and am also an active member of the DG family.
I have something so new and exciting to share with everyone here today that I hope will leave you excited too as well as put you on the path to getting some new real estate deals that you couldn't get your hands on before you learned today what I am about to share with you
For starters let me give you a little bit of a background on myself ..
I have been investing in real estate now for about five years and it all started when I bought deans book and read it... Since then I have done about 70 real estate deal in my home town..anything from buy and holds,fix and flips,to all types of wholesale deals
My Wife and I have 5 beautiful kids from ages 13 on down so between business and raising a family its a very fun filled busy life as I'm sure many of you can relate.
For about 8 years now my wife and I have wanted to open up and start a boys ranch to help troubled youth and are currently working towards that goal
Just this past year we formed a non-profit organization that utilizes real estate to help fund not only our youth home that we wish to build but other types of similar programs as well
Well, in the process of doing this we stumbled across something that is huge in the real estate investing world. If you are familiar with Fannie Mae homepath properties than you know that these properties many times come up on the MLS as a great deal but are subject to homeowner occupant bidding on them only within the first two to 3 week period,, of course if it not sold within that time it will then go out to anyone and everyone who wants to bid on it
This is a very frustrating process for investors because many times these are great deals and they are usually gone by the time that we can legally bid on them or it may even get into a bidding war and the property goes for too much. CHECK THIS OUT THOUGH!!!!!
