Need Homes in Philly , 5k, 10, 15k

I'm back.

First post in a few years.

I have a buyer from out of Town that's snatching up properties in the 5-15k range. IF YOU HAVE SOME, SEND ME A EMAIL ASAP.

Hi Stan .
Your looking for properties in Philly and I had a seller who is trying to unload some properties : Shamokin and Robinson Township Pa . His price on the low end was 25K . I believe he still has at least half a dozen properties . If you're interested please e-mail me . I look forward to talking with you .
