There are countless people here who are more then willing to help you out. But, you really need to ask specific questions. To be honest, if you have read the book then you should have an idea of where to start. If you really have read the whole book and still do not know where to start, I would seriously recommend re-reading it.
Now if you have specific questions you would like answered or have specific areas of confusion, post a detailed question or concern and I guarantee someone here will help you out. But you have posted this same thread multiple times now without finding the response you desire. I noticed that you have gotten multiple responses in your previous postings, I take it you have not been satisfied with any of them? This can only mean you are being too vague..
The only way that you will receive step-by-step directions is by joining the success academy, that way you will have a coach to walk you thru the entire process. Short of that, you will have to take more action on your own. The best way to learn is by doing. Thru experience, you will learn ALOT. You just need to take one step at a time..
I am sorry that I cannot give you the response you are looking for, but you may need to change your approach/questions.
