OfflineI was not never a big Ebay fan but I was surprised of the amount of homes listed in there and prices. Now I am sure that most of these need heavy rehab work or in really bad areas, but there's got to be a deal in there sometimes.
I would not recommend this for someone just starting but it you know what you are doing and have the cash , you might want to look there. Of course, it would involve some work and research before you buy because you want to make sure you know what you are buying.

I realized homes were being sold on ebay about 6 months ago. True, many are in need of rehab. It is good to look tho, sometimes sellers are anxious and would be willing to work with you and possibly finance. I've been looking on ebay now just about every week. Do your due diligence, if you are thinking of buying from ebay make sure you go visit the property first and are able to see the inside first. There was a home about 2 months ago we were looking at, it looked like a sweet deal, but once inside it was just a mess and a disaster.
