thats all it's been for me since I first undertook this way of investing!
Assignments might not be for you or for the sellers or your area(s)
Bring the idea of a flat finders fee per house, not transaction in your dealings
The reason I emphasized per house and not transaction is that suppose you have a buyer who buys 5 houses at one time for $1k. Thats $200 per home. As opposed to $5k you would have gotten for each house bought. You wouldn't be happy and legally you couldn't do anything about it.
Very confident in my techniques, of which alot was learned from the books as well as trial and error on my own behalf. I don't linger on how much I've spent with Dean, because it was well vested. I just come on here to vent from time to time:). Aside from that, it was my own personal financial mishaps that accelerated me into the debt that I'm in now, so no matter how much I vent on here, you can best believe that I'm not blaming Dean Graziosi for my lack of success. If anything, I'm indebted to him for the knowledge that I have pertaining to REI. There you go!

You are just another collateral damage in Dean's money making machine. How much do you give to Dean so far?
how much have you invested so far?
