A bunch of new investors getting info from other new investors all trying to build a buyers list, few having any MONEY. Thousands of people with out cash to buy or properties to sell!!
I am sure there are a couple of successful investors there, but like I said, most don't have their own cash. The old 2% rule applies to this site for sure!
Just be aware and pre qualify your leads with one simple question, How do you fund your deals? Or, Do you have the property under contract yourself?

seems like blanky likes this site as he has mentioned it several times. The ones I have I found through advertisement on other sites instead so am kept busy lookiing for properties for the ones I have and this is not really easy but I am working on this every day.
Shall we compare closed deals for 2011? I'm having no problem at all doing deals! I find my buyers and sellers all over the place. I would never rely on any website to provide buyers or sellers! Nothing wrong with **** however, I guarantee there are more people on there looking to build buyers lists than there are actual cash buyers. Why? cash buyers in the real world are busy doing business and don't rely on websites! The guys I work with are busy in the brick and mortar world acquiring properties.
Any one on this site that has completed a transaction from **** either buying a property they were able to sell at a profit or having a buyer provide cash and actually close on one of their properties please let us know! One or two will do.
Once again, nothing wrong with ****, it is no different than any other website. You may find a buyer with their OWN money or someone that has an ACTUAL wholesale deal on there. I would not bet or build my business based on those leads however, just another tool in the tool box.
I did look through the listings in Colorado and this confirmed what I already knew and by the way my company is listed on **** and the response has been unbelievable. A big fat 0! But, you never know, you have to market where ever you can, just expect a 2% return on something like this. 98 out if 100 can't do jack!
