Need Help

My wife and I received a notice last week informing us that our home has a foreclosure sale date for the end of this month, but, when we contacted the mortgage company, who is trying to work us through a new program, they said that we did not have a date in there records. We are wanting to sell and try to recoup some money so that we can move. We need some help in this situation. Thanks in advance.

I am new to this whole thing but my brothers house was in a similiar situtation and we were not able to save do to the bank dragging there when trying to a refinance or even a short sale. But iam sure someone on here will have some better info on actual steps to take. GOOD LUCK AND KEEP FIGHTING

I've helped a few people go through loan modifications successfully. I also have successfully processed them after the homeowner has already been denied by their lender. Please feel free to PM me ASAP if you want some help.

My first question is are you personnally dealing with the bank/lender and if so how consistent are you? Are you communicating with them on a weekly basis? And do you have proof/confirmation of your conversations? During all the time that you are working with them(new program, loan mod., etc.) all auction dates and liquidation process is "STOPPED". T

Thats a sad story! I have closed 3 no money deals in the month of May using Dean's strategies and zero money down. I found distressed homeowners (in the book) I put them under contract (in the book) I sold them to buyers off my list!(in the book)
It was not easy and did not happen overnight! I did not use a realtor on any of these deals. Do not blame Dean for you current failures. Put your head down and get it done. If it was easy every one would do it. If one strategy does not work try another and keep learning. You can do it!
