OfflineI recently teamed up with a GREAT partner from the DG family and I am really happy that I did. We have many things that we are working on, but the primary focus is an REO, which will net us approximately $40k in profit if the deal goes as planned. I've invested in real estate for years, but fairly new to the whole assignment concept. I started reading Dean's books after I was laid off last October and was re-introduced into the real estate world (different that what I previously did). After finding so many deals over the last 6-8 months but not profiting, I became discouraged. After partnering up I feel very positive once again. Although I feel I had all the knowledge to make things happen before, I couldn't quite materialize them. I would recommend any newbies to find someone that will also mentor you. 2 heads are always better than one! I will post updates on the offer as available.

So far, the bank has countered and asking for the highest bid. Apparently, there is another interested party, but they do not have their funding in order. I am hoping they will accept my offer!

To be honest YOU WERE SO RIGHT, I have found me a "SECOND HEAD" and I should be locking down my deal as soon as the contract is sight
