Let me know what you want to know so I have a better understanding about your business plan.

When it comes down to it, it's all about having an exit strategy for each of your deals because that's what's going to get you to profit on that deal. It's a numbers game so don't pay attention too much what's on the property compare to your margin that you have to profit on that deal.
