I am not sure how this works. I'm still stumbling through attempting to figure out how this works. I will post this here on my profile guest book and hope everyone gets it. I will also post to the PM to make sure you get the reply. I’m still confused about how to reply.

I received the books yesterday and began reading late last night. I will get through the books as quickly as possible. I will be able to ask more informed questions. So far, I have been like a blind man with out a cane. Since I have the books, that should be my cane and hopefully be able to get to point “B” more expeditiously. It is a work in process and I am attempting to obtain enough information into order to make informed, decision to streamline my journey and not waist my precious time or others. Time is money. Wasted time is something one can never get back.

I would like to ask a question. With Obama’s healthcare situation, I understand in 2013 a 3.8% tax will be tacked to home sales. In your opinion, how will that affect home sales? Ultimately, what that means, with the 6% agent and broker fees, a 10% tax on all home sales.

There will be certain set up cost regarding business cards, LLC, website, real estate attorney, CPA and some type of MRC to track the business efficiently by computer, etc.

I may be premature in asking this question as I have not read the books and it will take me a few days to get through them. If there are any suggestions to maximize my efforts and obtain the best bang for the buck, please feel free to provide any suggestions regarding same.
