I live in Texas - Citimortgage is foreclosing on my property but they never provided me with a Notice of Trustee's Sale or an opportunity to cure the note. I called them to negotiate and they told me here is no redemption period (I know this is true) but shouldn't I be able to pay them and keep my property? No official notices were ever provided and the only way I knew the house is foreclosing is because I saw a broker outside my condo taking pictures - he later left a notice indicating he would give me cash for keys. Now I know the property was listed at auction in December and didn't sell and now it's being listed as REO - bank is giving me until 10th of Jan to vacate. Is there anything I can do at this point to keep the property?

Unfortunately when they held the auction and you took no action then or prior, and nobody purchased the property they now own it,as stated REO. You may be able to get a stay of execution from the eviction but that is only delaying the process. Sorry I know its not what you want here.
