Property For Sale At 55% of FMV Still Need Help

Hello Everyone I recently put this property under contract: http://www.sellpoint.com/propertyDetails.aspx?caseId=2500316{bid}

This property was one that one of my bird dogs brought to me so I had no one on my buyer list for this area. I made up high gloss fliers and made the auction last Tuesday, handed out fliers and cards, talked up my deal and solicited private and hard money. But still no buyer yet. Property has been under contract for 3 days now so the pressure is on. Will be going to REIA Monday night with more fliers and cards. Any advise? Any one have a buyer for Clayton County GA ( 20 Mins South of Atlanta ) Let me know..

Get in touch with DGer Dan Hilsman (dhilsman). I think he lives in Powder Springs. I know it's north of you, but I think he's a realtor, etc. and may be able to help.

Best of luck!

That's my REI Buddy! I'm sure he'll catch this thread. I don't believe he works this side of things but I'll ask him Thanks.

Hey Orlando

Great to see you just going out there and attacking RE head on! What great determination you have! Have you tried listing it on Craigslist, Kijiji, backpage, or any of the other common sites? Do you have Set For Life? You may find a buyer on your SFL system, or go to the forums there with your deal. Try ****; I've found the best thing to do when using **** is call, because the emails don't seem to work very well.

How long is your contingency period on it?
