One property is in the upscale Candlewood Estates( TROON North Golf community) in North Scottsdale AZ. He is looking at listing this for around 1.3M. It is 5b/5.5 ba, 5800 sq.ft. Too many upgrades to list. Similar homes in the area are listed/ selling for 1.3-1.8M from my comps. He would take a FAIR cash offer. He would also consider owner financing with a good chunk down( 10 percent or more I'm guessing). I live in this area...it is Gorgeous. Hiking, biking and parks all around. Located near Four Seasons Resort. I will be getting details on the other two properties today. One is in affluent Area called Paradise Valley(think that's where Dean lives). Other one is Sonora Highlands in North Scottsdale(6500 sq. Ft).
