I read deans book and tried to do some research on some houses and I get a little messed up with all the numbers from the different web sites. Find out how to determine what a house will actually sell for in todays market on the street you are looking, how much remodeling/rehab it needs and what those costs are, minus what you or you buyer need to make and you will know what a killer deal is. There is no list, every deal is different!
