So I have been having the toughest time finding a RE Agent to work with, but that's beside the point.
I have done tons of networking and I know tons of people with deals all over the US, and people who are looking for deals all over the US.
So I figure, in the meantime why dont I just play matchmaker for these investors, make a nice little assignment fee for each one.
My only question is how do i get paid when the people I am connecting both live in like Kansas City, or Vegas or Seattle and I am in North Carolina.
(My 9-5 prevents me from flying to these places)
Obviously the honest people would pay me my assignment fee, but what can I do to prevent being cut out of the middle.
Any ideas?
Thank You.

These results are NOT average. They're achieved by people with well
above average work ethics who studied the materials and applied them.
The average user of this program doesn't do anything with the
materials. The average result is ZERO.
The problem is: You are in the middle. aka "The Dreaded-Daisy-Chain"
Don't take this personally: You know people with buyers, you know people with sellers, you have nothing, so what do they need YOU for?
In the Bulk REO game, thats called being an "intermediary" Don't waste your time with it like I did. Even if you make a deal happen you won't get paid.

Not so easy as it sounds, I know, but there is no "just get paid for being in the middle"

Hi Thomas,
This is exactly how superlady Carol Stinson works her business. You build your buyers list and qualify them - what are they looking, what terms, price and where. You find the property - get in under contract, then assign the contract to your buyer. Your assignment fee is written right into the assignment of contract. (In the case of bank owned properties you would do a double close instead of an assignment.)
If you do not get the property under contract, you can birddog the property to a buyer (just give them the info) and they can pursue. In this case you should have a Birddog Agreement between yourself and your buyer. This contract is what "guarantees" you get paid for the info. Your fee will of course be less for this.
Blessings & Favor,
Gena.

Are we talking about co-wholesaling? Seller-wholesaler-wholesaler-Buyer.
or Daisychains? Seller-wholesaler-daisy in the middle-wholesaler-Buyer.
