What paper work do you use to make sure you get paid in a 50/50 deal when you're bring the buyer to the table?

You can go many ways with this but I find getting forms from ilrg.com. This site has free examples of partnerships and joint ventures that you can copy and paste to word doc and make changes as needed. The exact link is http://www.ilrg.com/forms/index.html
