purchase agreement contract ! / assignment of contract

hi guys i am william martin and i am new here on the site and i was looking too find out what a filled out purchase agreement looks like between a buyer and seller as well as a assignment of contract also that way i can fill one out right the 1st time with a seller and a investor on the back end thank you. william martin

May be able to find one on the web

You may be able to find one on the web or look or youtube videos explaining how to fill out a purchase agreement and a assignment of contract. If not just use Deans contracts on this site, his contracts are fairly easy to fill out.

Yes Martin

Just look on the left hand side of this under student resources and then under forms and docs to find the contracts. Just look through them as they are quite simple. You can also have your own attorney look them over in your state.
