I have a question about going to look at the properties that I come across. I know they say that I should make a lot of offers, but my question is do I need to look at all of them before I make an offer or do I just wait and see who bites and then go look at the property?
Thank You
Anson

Only look at houses that the sellers/banks are entertaining your offer. You will waste so much time looking at every property that you place a offer on. Unless you know the area well and the a certain property is at a lower price than normal, then I will advise to go look at it if the banks are requiring you to do so in order to entertain your offer.
