Is it possible to assign a contract to another Investor if a realtor is dealing with the property? reason being I see a property below market value I told another Investor about it and it fits his criteria I do not want tell him the address or phone number of the realtor because he might go around me. what should I do? Help please! I can make at least 10 to 15 grand on this.

You could be a bird dog for

You could be a bird dog for that investor and have him sign the contract to pay you $XX.XX if he closes on the property. You could also do an and/or assign on your offer if they would allow it. Then once your offer is accepted just assign it over to him, making you the $10-$15K. Someone else more experienced can give you more info I would say.
