ok so i found a property and i found a buyer.
I still havent made an offer on the property but i listed it a price where I make a profit. Im just a little confused on how to write up the contracts for everybody.
I know I need the purchase and sells agreement and assignment contract. Is there anything else I need and how should I fill everything out.

I'm in the same page , This what I did because I was so clueless , I went on YouTube and reitips.com looked up how to sign real estate purchase agreement contract and it helped me a lot and plus deans success academy and the book. Congratulations on your great find! I would start first by re-reading chapter 8 in Deans book.It will provided a step by step instruction to doing an assignment offer. Continued successto you............Lubertha

Find yourself an agent and have them to write up your purchase contract for you with all of the contingencies that you need to back out of it if necessary. Then just make as many copies as you need for future use. that's what I have my agent doing for me and he does an excellent job at it(for free), but as soon as I close on deals, I give him what I think it's worth just to keep him happy and eager for more deals.

If for some crazy reason you feel...I know i can do this,But not really sure! There is a number you can call(help Line)i read in Dean's books and you could always get professional help in the street.Look at it this way,"If there is a dollar to be made-Then there is a dollar to be spent"

You have a property AND a buyer?? Congrats!! You are past two of the biggest hurdles that most investors face! Now don't let fear or uncertainty of how to fill out a form stop you! Get a hold of your (an) agent, and/or RE attorney, anyone who can help you make this work. Where there's a will, there's a way, and I would LOVE to see you posting about this great deal locked up and set for closing!
