what contract do i use to lock up the property?

So I think I might have one property here pretty soon, I've looked in the student resources, but im not sure which contract do i use to lock it up?
some guidance please!

Contract

You can use the agreement to purchase to "lock up a property". This is in the student resources center under forms and documents. Also keep in mind that if you are using a realtor that they are obligated to use forms that are approved by their board or association of realtors.

You will want to ensure that when using any contract, that you understand that contract in its entirety. Check to see if the contract is assignable and make sure you understand any contingency that you are going to use to exit out of the deal. I hope that this information helps!
