Paralyzed

Paralyzed

Any words from the wise for someone who is afraid of making an offer for fear it will be accepted.

I think I am afraid to pull the trigger because I am not confident about deciding on the best exit strategy. I see deals everywhere, but I can't decide what to do if my offer is accepted.

I don't have money or credit and can't afford to get stuck with a property. I'm sure everyone has been where I am.

Help! I'm paralyzed and I don't want to be. I want to move forward and become gainfully unemployed.

I know

exactly how you feel. Putting offers in and having the fear that they might actually be accepted can give you an overwhelming fear! No matter how much my head plays games with me, I press on. I don't let the fear stop me. I just think what is the worst thing that could happen. They say NO. They say YES. Depending on the outcome is how I will respond to the situation. When I look back at the beginning of the year, I realize that all the "scary things" were all in my head. I didn't die from my mistakes. I learned and moved on. You have to just press through the fears and do it. Like Anita says, "Failure is NOT an option!"
