OfflineHi! I meet with an owner in a couple of days. I want to sell to an investor. My question is if my offer is accepted what contract do I need to bring with me to the owner? Do I bring an agreement to purchase and an assignment of contract.I know to assign the contract to the investor as an (assignment of contract) but what about the owner? And not sure how to fill the forms never done it before.. Thanks

This was helpful even though it might be basic, i get confused just like Mellena did, when it comes to the correct forms and how to fill them out. I asked myself the same question, how does one fill out a certain document? But if it helps Mellena, I had the most random thought and decided to YouTube "how to fill out a real estate purchase contract" and there's actual step by step clips showing you how to so hopefully this helps, plus you can use it for other forms you might not know how to fill out. I sure will, I just got this idea from reading this just now haha..
