OfflineI came accross a lady who just wanted for me to noterize paperwork for her, after speaking with her she let me know that she was the trustee to a home and just wanted to get rid of it, I talked to her about it and i want to get the home under contract but then who do i assign it to??? Any Buyer that's interested in it will do! Call any I Buy Hoses ads, and go to local Real Estate Investor Meetings! Call for Rent ads and see if the owner is interested in buying more property and see what they are interested in and you may be able to sell them a property via assignment of contract.
