HI THERE I SEE THAT YOU HAVE BEEN IN THE BUSINESS FOR QUITE A WHILE. SO I HOPE THAT YOU DONT MIND ME ASKING A FEW QUESTION. I JUST STARTED MY READY OF DEAN'S BOOKS. I HAVE A BUYER AND I HAVE A SELLER. THE BUYER WANTS ME TO E MAIL HIM 3 SOLD CAPARABLE HOME, NO FUTHER THEN 6 MONTHS. WHAT IS THAT? DOES HE WANT 3 HOME THAT I SOLD? CAUSE IF SO THIS IS MY FIRST ACCOUNT. I WAS TOO ASHAMED TO ASK HIM. IT MAY SEEM SILLY. ALSO HOW TO I GET THE DEAL LOCKED WITH THE SELLER AND WHAT DO I DO AFTER I GET THE DEAL LOCKED?
