OfflineI am in the process of assigning my first deal and I am going to meet with my seller today and I know I need to get it locked up I am just a little unsure of exactly how I am supposed to do that ccan someone please tell me the steps to take to ensure that I do this properly

After you get real estate purchase signed , I thought you took it to title co , or something. Then after paper in title co. then you sell to another?
I sent my question to wrong area. Question was after locked up on contract,I thought thats when you took your paper to title co., then got you new buyer to do new contract with your fee built in.
Where do I get the paper work to write up the order??
Their is no need to get a title company unless you actually want to buy the property for yourself. Its not going in your name if you assign.
