The Buyers financial institution is what goes in that blank. They are basically stating that the sale is contingent upon the banks criteria for lending the buyer the allotted funds.

I re-wrigth the (Investor Disclosure & Seller's Acknowledgement) thats what I did I took the section were it says (according to accepted criteria of ____________________ and its funding sources.)and left at (This sale shall be contingent upon the Investor finding a Buyer that shall qualify for financing.)
This miyth help you out is only an agreement statement, you can move an re-word it how ever you want.
