OfflineI have found numerous properties that I am interested in purchasing for assignment that are for sell by a Realtor. I have not been able to find a Realtor who understand my needs and is willing to work with me. My question is can I send a Purchase Agreement directly to the listing agent or do I have to go through a Realtor to make the offer?

You do not have to have a realtor. I would always recommend one, in the past I was a realtor for 8 years. I was worth my weight in gold for many people, including myself! The realtor can be an important part of your business. I would recommend that you learn how to interact with them. I hope that this information helps.
