Bypassing the Earnest Money Deposit

Hi Guys,

What are the best ways that I can bypass submitting cash dollars and etc. for the Earnest Money Deposit suggested by a realtor in order for my offer to be seriously considered?

Earnest Moneys

You could include in your offer that the terms earnest money in the sum of 1%will be paid be paid within 30 days or the contract is noel in-void. And that way you are using it as a escape clause.
