About Me:

I work six days a week and have three children.I live in my parents basement with my three kids and there mother. I never have any money.I am always thiking real estate. I know that it is my only way out.
I just keep running into some snags. I need to get that first one under my belt.
Every step closer that I get I come across so many things just the way that Dean say's in his books.I have so many questions. I thank everyone for all the helpful suggestions.

I am relay getting their know. I haven't gotten to my first deal yet but I am moving in the right direction.Just picked up my bandit signs and going after work to put them out.
Its crazy just like Dean said in his book. Just the other day I am sitting at my desk at work and a guy comes in out of the blue could have stooped anywhere but choose me. Turns out he is a cash buyer. I cant believe it.
So I have his info and a great realtor that has done assignments before. After being told by about four other agents that it was against the law. Well I will be back to tell the good new's soon.

I understand the struggle... I had realtors tell me the same thing. A couple of days ago my wife and I rented a car (we can't afford one yet) to check out 11 houses that I researched. While at one house I found a realtor who deals with creative solutions. She wasn't in an office sitting on her butt. No, she was in the field just like myself and the rest of the DG Family. So keep it moving! WOW, I just noticed the date on your post... You probably have three deals right about now lol

I recently lost my job.,so needless to say I am turning a.bad.thing into a good . I had a great day I got a lot accomplished. I put adds on Craigslist,bandit signs (7) got a proof of funds paper,met a realestate agent . Made a list of goals and accomplished 5 out of 6.
I almost forgot I met a hard money lender and got two names on my buyers list . It's only a matter of time now before I am going to meet Dean . That is my top goal to be so successful that I become a part of the inner circle. Tomorrow is going to be even better I am going to lock something up . Thank you everyone

Are you in N.J. area? I found a name of a company that is having a realestate auction in a couple of days . I am going to try to find some hard money lenders. Don't forget you not a real estate until you have cards made. You probably know that . Do you know how to start a LLC ?
