Very interested in Assignments

I am very interested in doing assignments as a means to get my real estate investment business going. I have been dealing with serious financial strains and impacts against my household. I am a strong man of faith and believe that I can be successful at this. I admit I'm struggling with building the buyers list with not having hardly any resources to work with. Maybe some of it is just fear of failure but I'm pressing forward. This is the tool that I know can turn around my situations. I believe I am to be blessed to be a blessing to others. I share all that I have even now, my home, my car, my resources by faith even with such grand needs of my own. I believe I can develop this business to employ other investors to work with me as a group, but the leader has to get it started first. Any guidance on how to acquire buyers when you can't afford to attend meetings or travel around much?
