OfflineCarol Stinson mentioned in one of the videos something about contingencies on the assignment contract. Something like this assignment is contingent upon partner's approval or something similar. Can anyone advise onto exactly you're supposed to put on these contracts? I'm using the ones that are on this site. Let me know. Does this also need to be added to the Purchase and Sales Contract? Thanks.

Here are the contingencies that I use.
"THE PURCHASE IS CONTINGENT ON THE BUYER OBTAINING FINANCING SUITABLE TO THE BUYER"
"OFFER IS CONTINGENT UPON SUITABLE HOME INSPECTION"
"PURCHASE CONTINGENT UPON ABILITY TO RE-ASSIGN"
"I just do not hang around anybody that I don't want to be with. Period. For me, that's a blessing, and I can stay positive. I hang around people who are happy, who are growing, who want to learn, who don't mind saying sorry or thank you."
Did you put this on the purchase agreement? or the assignment of contract?
