OfflineI am hoping Carol Stinson can answer this one. If I was to do an assignment deal where I am the one who recieves the assignment fee, does the deal have to go through attorney review and if so, who pays for that? me or my buyer?

That is just a 3 day time period after the contracts are signed. During this 3 day time period allowing a "Attorney Review" the buyer can back out of the deal if the need be.
The Buyer pays for the Home Inspection & Termite Inspection....If you are not using a Realtor and just using an Attorney if you are both using the same attorney I would think the Seller has that covered. If you are using your own attorney, then you would pay your own attorney. But the term "Attorney Review" is just a 3 day time period.
