I have had a Real Estate License for about 13 years... I am ready for a change and looking forward to some creative investing. Conventional financing is hard for people right now. I have always been interested in real estate from interior design to owning a few investment properties. I am excited to be a part of this "DG family"!

right now I am currently employeed and reading everything Dg being the majority, but I'm just starting out and don't know it its to my advantage to do the LLC or do it with out if once things get rolling I then set up an LLC. Whats you opinion
