Take Over Property

Hi,
I have a question in regards to property preforeclosures. How can ownership be trasnferred from original owner to investor without having to deal with the financial institutions. What forms are needed to finalize a contract and does the new owner have full ownership of the property? Thanks

You can do a "subject to" purchase

and should Google that term to find a wealth of information that can help you. There are some pitfalls with doing one, even if you do everything correct. But just enter the transaction with eyes wide open and you can navigate the process. (However, I do believe this type of transaction is tough to be one of your first RE transactions) Good Luck.
