OfflineIf you 're making a low offer on a property through a REagent, ask to accompany the REagent when offer is delivered to seller in person. This will allow YOU to speak w/seller and explain your offer. It really helps and can make the deal. Try it next time and let us know how it went.

FSBO is fsbo -for sale by owner-you'd talk directly w/them

It is typed and on my computer!! I have a lot of things in place and now have to start making those calls. Wish I would have had someone giving me support over a year ago, maybe I'd be in Wyoming now, all retired!!
But want it strong enough here in Wisconsin before I move. Just can't believe what I have learned since being on this site. And the best thing is I know enough of you that if I need help, I know you will be helping me with good advice.
Then joining the REI club just flung open doors!
