Deans contract ?

If I use deans contract from the student resources section should I alter it? Or just use as it is ?

contracts

You can alter it to fit your needs with the deal you are working on. Fill out the contract to get what the things you want from the seller. Your contract will be what you have to live by in purchasing a property.
