HELP I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE OFFERS ON REO IN ILLINOIS

Could anyone tell me what steps I need to take after my offer is accepted from the Bank, specifically in ILLinois? Are double closings legal in ILLinois. I would prefer someone who is doing deals in the State of ILLinois to respond please.

I live in Chicago...and am a Real Estate Agent.

It is very simple to put an offer on property on REO's. Just have your agent walk you through the process, its pretty simple. You have to make sure that you don't have to live or own the property you are buying for 60 days. Some banks are now putting restrictions on titles like that now.
