There is a difficulty of making offers through email. It is that these offer may not hold up. The "offers" are not necessarily binding meaning that if they found another buyer with a better price they could sell to them instead of you.
If you are making offers to properties that are listed by Realtors you will want your own Realtor to submit the offers. If the sellers are selling on their own it would be best if you make the offers to the sellers using real estate purchase contracts or offer to purchase. (whatever you use in your area)
It is my opinion that his may not be as easy but it will be better for your business to do so.
