Does anyone have any experience using a NCND & Confidentiality Agreement along with a Separate Compensation Agreement? I have 2 deals I am working on. Both of which I am bringing the Buyers & Sellers together. They are not the typical deals with cash buyers. So assignments and L/O won't work. They are also private deals...not on the MLS. I came across the Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement and Separate Compensation Agreement Forms. I like how simple they are and was going to present them to the Sellers before I bring the Buyer in the picture. The Seller would be the one to pay me for bringing them the Buyer. The only other option I see Form wise is the Bird-Dog Consulting Agreement. The NCND is less pages, more simplified and just the title alone looks better. Looking for experienced advice on using these forms?
