I came a across seller who just finished remodeling her house and she wants to sell it. the House is 160,000 and is a big house, I am sure it has a lot of equity. The problem is that i don't want to move that far to live in the house. Can someone help me of alternatives to still benefit and profit from this house? It as colonial house with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a huge yard. Thanks for the help

What is the seller offering? Will she finance the house for you on a Private Mortgage or Land Contract. What are the specifics of this deal? what do you want to do with the prop. Need more info on what your plans are...Jan
