Creative Help Needed.......!!!!!!!

I need some help guys...I have many buyers here in San Diego, CA but they are all FHA/VA buyers. I'm struggling with this because of seasoning issues with the title. If anyone has any ideas or thoughts I'd greatly appreciate it. I'm drawing a blank.

If you are doing

If you are doing assignments, this shouldn't affect you because there will only be the one buyer fulfilling the contract. unless, of course, you are buying from a seller who recently purchased the property.
If you plan on flipping, you can try a Hard Money or private lender to cover the short-term if you have a buyer in place. Then just do a lease/option or seller-financing with the buyer for the 6-months, with a balloon payment at that time, when they would qualify to purchase outright with conventional financing.
Just a couple of thoughts. I'm sure there are other answers, as well.

Wish you well,

Rina
