I have an investor who is looking for homes in North East Jersey and I would like to put in bids myself to find them.
Does anyone have a templet of what a bid looks like so I don't look like a shmuck when sending them out?
Maybe a good place or site where I can find REOs or FSBO properties?
Sorry if doesn't seem like I am doing my homework, I just have limited time online and for going out to look.
My Fiance has Crohn's and I am her primary care giver. She is her with me and if she calls me cause of pain I like to be there to rub her belly .. I am serious .. or just to lay her down and make sure she feels better, which takes me away from computer while I am in middle of a lot things.
It use to bother me to be taken away from something that is going to help our future and something I really like doing, but I feel now that it is my job if I really am in love with her and I am madly in love with her,so I do whatever I can.
She is great to me when she has the energy, so I can't complain.
I am going to look to find some good places now to help in my search.
Thank you
Kind Regards,
John Morrison
