Do you have the "Profit From Real Estate Right Now" book?
Yes I do have the book and Iam on chapter 10. I have came to a stand still, cause I am trying to figure out how to buy a home under contract with the Investor Disclosure Notice and Seller's Acknowledgment, Purchase Agreement & Discharge of Agreement to Purchase. I have spoke with a Mortgage Broker in my area and he says that there is a seasoning policy that you have to keep a home for 90 to 180 days. So how can I get around this. Thanks
Find a mortgage broker to help you find a bank that doesn't require "seasoning."
