do I have to execute a deed as a wholesaler?

do I have to execute a deed as a wholesaler?

Hi,

I have been researching drawing up deeds and think i understand the different deeds. My question is do I have to execute and draft a deed if i lock up a contract? thanks for your reply

When you assign a contract I do not believe you have to worry about a deed. All you are doing is locking up a home and then passing it off to an end buyer for profit. I could be wrong here, but I don't believe that is something you must worry about.

If you are the person it is being given to, then the deed needs to be recorded by you. This is if the seller owns the property clear and free. But not without doing a title search first. If your intention is to assign it then it becomes no different than assigning a regular resale. Your selling your interest. Continued success.....Lubertha
