is it necessary at all to create an LLC to be a birdogger?

I have read on here the debates about LLC's. Is it necessary to have an LLC as a birdgogger? I wouldn't be owning any property obviously as I understand that, i'm just trying to make sure i'm protected unless someone tried to sue me for any ridiculous reason. Thanks for your replies

There is no need to have an LLC for a birdogger because you will not be owning anything, you are just finding properties for others to buy and not yourself.
